Update: КакРоко Ч. Булян указал .. вам нужно использовать .insertAfter, чтобы вставить его после выбранного div. Также смотрите обновленный код, если вы хотите, чтобы он добавлялся в конец, а не начинался при клонировании несколько раз.DEMO
