Вопрос по android, java – Как я могу использовать Async Task для загрузки файла на сервер?

Ниже приведен мой код для загрузки файла на сервер. Но я получаю исключения из сети даже после нескольких попыток и даже после добавления строгого режима.

Я новичок в Android и не знаю, как я могу использовать асинхронную задачу, которую многие рекомендовали для такого рода работы в сети. Может ли кто-нибудь сказать мне, где я ошибаюсь в коде и где мне следует использовать асинхронную задачу?
