Я добавил банку в libs (у меня есть оба, v13 и v4), но ошибка все еще сохраняется. Спасибо.

РЕДАКТИРОВАТЬ: После изменения v13 на v4, многие ошибки исчезают, оставаясь только 2.

Попробуйте использоватьgetSupportFragmentManager() вместо .getFragmentManager()

Изменить "import android.support.v13.app.FragmentActivity " к "import android.support.v4.app.FragmentActivity "

Для неопределенной части, попробуйте этот синтаксис:
