Is this a burner wallet funded by exchanges? (age + first funder + exchange sweeps)
Combine /exchange-usage for a sweep pattern, /first-funder for who sent the first coins, and /wallets/{address} for the wallet's age and activity.
Three calls answer the three parts. /exchange-usage says which exchanges the wallet sent to and received from,
and sets pattern: "sweeps_to_single_cex" when at least 90% of its outgoing USD went to one exchange over at least
3 transfers. /first-funder names the sender of the first coins. GET /v1/onchain/wallets/{address} gives first_seen and the
activity per window. The parameters are on Wallet exchange usage, Wallet first funder and Wallet summary.
Quick answer
# which exchanges the wallet used over the last year, and whether it sweeps to one of them
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \

Captured from the live API on 2026-10-24 at 17:19 UTC, the coverage notes left out.
Binance took 100% of the wallet's outgoing USD over 5 transfers and sent it 8 transfers back, so the pattern is
set. activity is the wallet's total with every counterparty, the denominator of sent_share.

}Read together: Binance 14 sent the first 100.0468 ETH on 2023-12-22, and the wallet sends everything back to Binance. It is also nearly three years old with 90 transfers, so it is an exchange-funded wallet that cycles money through Binance rather than a fresh burner.
A narrower window. A very active wallet over 365 days is a 400 that asks for a shorter window.
# the same check over 90 days
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
"https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/wallets/0x556e9d5d9e64638edde632bbd4810c9fd0d88397/exchange-usage?window=90d"Before you rely on it
Observed facts, not a verdict
No route scores a wallet as a burner. pattern describes the window's transfers; it does not say the address is
a deposit address or that the exchange runs it. Exchange figures are a lower bound, since an exchange address we
have not labelled does not count.
Age is the first transfer we hold
first_seen is the first day the wallet appears in our data for that chain, and the wallet may be older on
another chain. The first funder covers plain sends of the coin only: coin moved inside a contract call or a bridge
relay is not in it, so the real first funding can be earlier.
