How did this Polymarket market resolve?
/settlements/{condition_id} returns the on-chain resolution of one market, with the winning outcome and token, the payout vector, and the block and time it resolved; [] means the chain resolved nothing.
GET /v1/polymarket/settlements/{condition_id} answers it in one call, from the chain: which outcome won, the payout per outcome, and the block and time of the resolution. It returns an array of one row, or [] when the chain has resolved nothing for that id. The full parameter list is on Settlement of one market.
Quick answer
Pass the market's condition_id.

[] is not open, and the oracle is not named
[] means the chain resolved nothing for this id: the market may still trade, or it was cancelled or voided without
a resolution. The id is the 0x condition id; a token id in its place also returns []. A void reads winning_index
-1 with an empty winning_outcome. The row shows the result, not how it was reached: it does not say which oracle
resolved the market or whether the result was disputed.
