Who are the biggest Hyperliquid traders, and which known entities are they?

Rank Hyperliquid wallets on the leaderboard, then send their addresses to the batch label route; most top traders carry no entity label, and the batch says so per address.

Two calls. /v1/hyperliquid/leaderboard ranks wallets by realized PnL over a window, with account value, trade count, win rate and both cohort labels. A Hyperliquid account is an EVM address, so the same addresses go to POST /v1/onchain/labels/batch, which returns entity, wallet type, risk flag and 30-day flows for up to 100 addresses in one call, in input order. The parameters are on Leaderboard and Batch wallet labels.

Quick answer

cURL — leaderboard
# the five Hyperliquid wallets with the most realized PnL over 30 days
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/hyperliquid/leaderboard?window=30d&limit=5"
cURL — labels
# entity and wallet type of those five addresses on Ethereum
curl -X POST -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/labels/batch?chain=ethereum&addresses=0xedcdcaa1f18350c50c10bef860e64daa9785d05a,0xfc667adba8d4837586078f4fdcdc29804337ca06,0x9321d8117e73b0c79035f0e87debcfd8dbb1d75a,0xecb63caa47c7c4e77f60f1ce858cf28dc2b82b00,0x051c2e6d49cf82ebc47f08f9b85800f94fc9693c"

The top five realized between $5.5M and $9.1M in the window. win_rate is a fraction, and rank 1 shows account_value: 0 because that wallet has moved its money out. On Ethereum, four of the five came back found: false with every field null: no label and no flow data. The fifth is a user with no entity name, $407k of volume and 77 transfers in 30 days. So none of the five is a known entity on Ethereum; on HyperEVM none of the five had a label at all.

Variations

Labels on HyperEVM. Labels are kept per chain; HyperEVM is where a Hyperliquid account also lives.

cURL — HyperEVM labels
# the same five addresses against the HyperEVM labels
curl -X POST -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/labels/batch?chain=hyperevm&addresses=0xedcdcaa1f18350c50c10bef860e64daa9785d05a,0xfc667adba8d4837586078f4fdcdc29804337ca06,0x9321d8117e73b0c79035f0e87debcfd8dbb1d75a,0xecb63caa47c7c4e77f60f1ce858cf28dc2b82b00,0x051c2e6d49cf82ebc47f08f9b85800f94fc9693c"

The top 100 in one batch. The batch takes up to 100 addresses, so one leaderboard page of 100 fits one label call.

cURL — top 100
# just the addresses of the top 100, comma-joined, ready for the labels call
curl -s -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/hyperliquid/leaderboard?window=30d&limit=100" \
  | jq -r '[.traders[].wallet] | join(",")'

Rank by size instead of PnL. "Biggest" can mean the largest accounts rather than the best 30 days.

cURL — largest accounts
# the 25 largest Hyperliquid accounts with closed trades in the window
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/hyperliquid/leaderboard?window=30d&sort=account_value&limit=25"

Who says so. For one labelled address, see which source claimed what.

cURL — provenance
# every source's claim about one wallet
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/labels/0x051c2e6d49cf82ebc47f08f9b85800f94fc9693c/provenance"

Before you rely on it

Most top traders carry no label

Labels name entities that are known on chain, such as exchanges, market makers and protocols. A private trader returns found: false with every field null, never 0, and that is the common case at the top of the leaderboard. The four 30-day flow fields are also null for an address with no label and for every bsc wallet. HyperEVM holds only a few hundred labelled wallets, so a miss there says little.

The window is what was realized in it

window=30d ranks the trades closed in the current UTC day and the 30 days before it, and a wallet needs 3 closed trades in it unless min_trades says otherwise. A wallet can top the board with a few large closes and an empty account, as rank 1 does here.

Ask your agent

Connected to the Vike MCP server (https://vike.io/mcp) in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, ask it in plain words. The hl_leaderboard tool (1 credit) ranks them and wallet_batch_labels (2 credits) labels them.

Ask your agent
Who are the top 5 Hyperliquid traders by 30-day realized PnL, and are any of them known entities?
