Which tokens are flowing into Base but out of Ethereum? (cross-chain flows)

Rank Base tokens by net inflow with /tokens/screener, then read the same tokens' signed net flow on Ethereum; a token's net flow on a chain is the supply minted there minus the supply burned, in USD.

Call GET /v1/onchain/tokens/screener on base with sort=net_inflow, then on ethereum with sort=volume&limit=100, and match the rows. Each row's net_flow_usd is the USD that arrived in wallets on that chain minus the USD that left them. An ordinary transfer is both, so what is left is new supply minted on the chain minus supply burned there. A token that is positive on Base and negative on Ethereum is moving across by burn and mint. The full parameter list is on Token screener.

Quick answer

cURL
# the Base tokens that gained the most supply, in USD, over the 7-day window
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/tokens/screener?chain=base&sort=net_inflow&window=7d&limit=5"

Example response

Captured from the live API on 2026-10-24 at 17:18 UTC, trimmed to 3 of 5 rows.

net_flow_usd is in_usd minus out_usd, in plain USD: CBBTC gained $30.2M of supply on Base in the window. volume_usd counts every transfer twice, once on each side, and unique_holders counts the wallets that moved the token in the window, not the wallets that hold it. The Ethereum call made the same minute ranked 100 tokens by volume: MORPHO and CBETH, both in Base's top five, read net_flow_usd: 0.0 there, USDC read -328380203.41, and CBBTC was not among the 100.

Variations

The Ethereum side. Rank Ethereum's 100 busiest tokens; net_flow_usd keeps its sign, so a negative value is supply that left the chain.

cURL — Ethereum side
# Ethereum's 100 busiest tokens over the same window, each with its signed net flow
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/tokens/screener?chain=ethereum&sort=volume&window=7d&limit=100"

A longer Base list. Take 100 Base tokens instead of 5, to match more symbols against the Ethereum list.

cURL — 100 Base tokens
# the 100 Base tokens with the largest net inflow over 7 days
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/tokens/screener?chain=base&sort=net_inflow&window=7d&limit=100"

BNB Chain instead of Base. The same ranking on another chain.

cURL — BNB Chain
# the BNB Chain tokens that gained the most supply over 7 days
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/tokens/screener?chain=bsc&sort=net_inflow&window=7d&limit=20"

Match by address, not by symbol. A token has a different contract address on each chain. Look it up on each chain before you pair two rows.

cURL — address per chain
# the contract address of MORPHO on Base
curl -H "X-API-Key: $VIKE_API_KEY" \
  "https://data.vike.io/v1/onchain/tokens/search?q=MORPHO&chain=base&limit=3"

Before you rely on it

Net flow is minted minus burned, not bridge traffic

Transfers from and to the zero address count on neither side, so ordinary transfers cancel and a token's net flow is the supply minted on the chain minus the supply burned there. A bridge that burns on Ethereum and mints on Base shows on both chains. A bridge that locks tokens in a contract on Ethereum and mints on Base shows on Base only, because the lock is an ordinary transfer; MORPHO and CBETH gained supply on Base and read 0.0 on Ethereum. New issuance and reward emissions count as inflow too: AERO, a token issued on Base, ranks second.

No ascending sort, 100 rows at most

sort=net_inflow ranks largest first and the route has no order parameter, so you cannot list the tokens that lost the most supply on Ethereum directly. Read the signed net_flow_usd from the sort=volume list instead. Any limit above 100 is applied as 100.

Symbols repeat, windows are calendar days

Pair rows by symbol only after checking the addresses: CBETH is 0x2ae3f1ec7f1f5012cfeab0185bfc7aa3cf0dec22 on Base and 0xbe9895146f7af43049ca1c1ae358b0541ea49704 on Ethereum, and a token missing from our registry comes back with symbol: null. window=7d is counted in UTC calendar dates and covers today plus the 7 days before.

Ask your agent

Connected to the Vike MCP server (https://vike.io/mcp) in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, ask it in plain words. The token_screener tool answers it, one chain per call, at 3 credits a call.

Ask your agent
Which Base tokens had the largest net inflow over the last 7 days, and what was their net flow on Ethereum?
