Send a webhook the test event again

Send the signed test event to one of your webhook channels again, after the receiver installed its secret.

POST https://data.vike.io/v1/alerts/channels/{channel_id}/test

Sends the signed test event to one of your webhook channels again, signed like a real delivery (inside a rotation's 24 hours, with both secrets). The answer is {"ok": true, "channel_id", "test"}, where test is {"ok": true, "status": 200} when the endpoint answered with a 2xx, {"ok": false, "status": 401} for another status, or {"ok": false, "error": "timeout"} (network, ssrf_refused, ...). Nothing is queued, retried or stored. 404 for a channel that is not yours, not a webhook or does not exist. The same as the MCP tool alerts_test_webhook.
